Skilled4Success Program

Our Youth Employment Skilled4Success Program is an all year-around program, which is possible thanks to BGC Canada and ESDC. In this 10 week program, youth ages 15-30 will experience the following:

• 2 Weeks of Skills Training
• 8 weeks of Quality Employment
• 20 Hours Per Week
• Earn $15/hour
• Up to $350 Program Completion Bonus for Qualifying Participants 
• Gain Job Readiness Support
•  Job Shadow in a Mentorship
• Opportunity to Complete Level 1 Childcare
• Gain Experience in our Out of School Program
• Work with children and youth ages 6-12
• Gain Tools and Skills to Overcome Barriers to Employment

October-December 2022

January-March 2023
