A unique group where the focus is self esteem!  Girls 8 - 12 years are encouraged to look at self esteem and body confidence and how it influences their attitude toward themselves and others through expressive activities.

Boy Zone

This group is for boys 9 - 12 who excel in a small and safe learning environment.  With a positive male role model boys will build self esteem, communication and social skills.

Anger Expression

A group where children are encourage to lean new tools and skills for positive anger expression.  Topics include feeling identification, communication and problem solving.

All About Us

This social skills focused program is offered to children ages 6 - 9 years and youth 10 - 12 years.  Our goal is to enhance children's ability to interact in a positive manner with their peers and family members.

Horizon

For ages 6-12 years old. Horizon provides a safe and confidential environment for children and youth to explore feelings due to family change such as: separation, divorce, and blended families. Through expressive art activities and small group work children and youth have the opportunity to meet new friends and share person stories. (please note: Rainbows and other opportunities to support families are still available to the community.)

Dare to Share

A small drop in group for youth ages 6-8 years old to express feelings and learn coping and social skills through art, music, drama, and story telling. 

Courage to Connect

Bereavement support is also available for children and youth who have suffered a death loss.  Please call for more information regarding one on one support and upcoming groups.
