The volunteer program through BGC Fort Saskatchewan offers a number of opportunities for adults and youth to participate in meaningful, exciting, and engaging experiences. We are able to offer opportunities for adults and youth to earn volunteer hours, expand their resumes with significant experience, and enjoy having fun working with children and youth. Our volunteer opportunities include:

• Fundraising events
• Board of Directors
• Mentoring Programs
• Out of School program
• Youth Programs
• Bus Driver
• Special Event volunteer
• Maintenance  

Our volunteer process, which aligns to BGC Canada national standards, includes an application, screening interview, and submission of a Child Intervention and RCMP record check. We accept applications on an incoming basis, and work with prospective volunteers to best match their goals and skills to opportunities within the club.
